Healthy eating and healthy living are the best way to maintain your wellbeing. As such, we provide a number of workshops where you and your family can learn about all the best ways to eat, exercise and live.
If you are a mother, we can help you develop your parental, language and child care skills. We also assist with cultural orientation so you can integrate effectively into your community.
Children can join our schoolwork and holiday programmes, whilst we also provide coping strategies to deal with the challenges of bullying, racism, anti-social behaviour and domestic violence.
Our goal is to build a social network where you and your family can interact and support other migrant families sharing the same experiences.
